Presently, we provide rebates for Medibank, ahm, Bupa, HCF, and ARHG (encompassing St Luke’s Health, Police Health, GMHBA, Westfund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, CUA Health, AIA Health, and Teachers Union Health).

If you miss an appointment or do not provide at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation, a 100% non-attendance fee will be charged. This policy allows us to effectively manage our schedule and ensure availability for all clients in need of support.

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel an appointment without a fee as long as you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. We appreciate your timely communication.
