Counselling & Psychotherapy in Melbourne & Online
Professional support when life feels difficult, overwhelming or uncertain
You do not need to have everything figured out before coming to therapy.
You may be feeling anxious or overwhelmed, carrying the effects of trauma or grief, struggling in a relationship, facing major changes, or simply knowing that something in your life needs attention.
Counselling and psychotherapy offer a confidential space to slow down, understand what is happening, and work toward meaningful change at a pace that feels right for you.

Grief, bereavement and major life transitions
Relationship, family and parenting concerns

A Therapy Approach Tailored to You

Her practice may draw from:
Person-Centred Therapy • EMDR • CBT • ACT • DBT-informed practice • Mindfulness • Solution-Focused Therapy • Emotion-Focused approaches • Family Systems • Integrative Psychotherapy
The approach used will depend on your needs, preferences and therapeutic goals rather than applying the same method to every person.
