Clinical Supervision for Counsellors, Psychotherapists & Helping Professionals
Clinical work can be deeply rewarding, but it can also be complex, demanding and emotionally challenging. You spend much of your professional life holding space for others. Supervision gives you a space of your own — to reflect, make sense of complex work, strengthen your clinical judgement and feel supported in your professional role.
Phuong Tran is an experienced Clinical Psychotherapist, Clinical Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor with more than 16 years of experience across public mental health, hospitals, schools, Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), community mental health, aged care, cancer and palliative care, and private practice.
Phuong provides individual, group and organisational clinical supervision for counsellors, psychotherapists, students and other helping professionals/ allied health professionals. Her approach is warm, reflective, practical and trauma-informed, with a strong focus on ethical practice, professional growth and practitioner wellbeing.
